Flipping Aussies — Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flipping Aussies. Everything we sell is a digital product — instant PDF downloads (such as our playbooks and guides) and digital memberships. Because of this, please read this policy carefully before you buy.

All sales are final — no refunds Every product we sell is delivered digitally and can be downloaded, saved and kept the moment your order is complete. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, our 15 Days of Playbooks and every other PDF download or guide we offer. Once your purchase is confirmed and the download has been made available to you, we are unable to offer a refund, return or exchange.

Flip Club subscriptions Flip Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable, including for any partial or unused portion of a billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide refunds for payments that have already been charged — including where a renewal was missed or a cancellation was forgotten. It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

Trouble with your purchase If you have any problem downloading or accessing a product, or you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at james@flippingaussies.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Your consumer rights Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and cannot lawfully be excluded, you may be entitled to a remedy as set out in that law.
